Crowne Plaza Melbourne is a 4.5 star rated hotel which first opened in 1988 and sits within the value-add Salter Brothers Australian Hotel Group Fund. Salter Brothers completed a substantial refurbishment of the hotel in 2020, delivering design innovation, a commitment to sustainable design practices and an exceptional guest experience.

Keysborough Townhouses

Salter Brothers’ Property Opportunity Fund was formed in 2015 to provide investors with specialist property investment opportunities. In 2022, Salter Brothers completed the Keysborough Townhouse Development in Melbourne. The project comprised of 116 two and three bedroom townhouses on 2.9ha land at 452 Cheltenham Road, Keysborough.

Verrency is one of Australia’s fastest-growing fintechs and sits with Salter Brothers’ Private Equity Fund. The company provides specialist payments technologies to banks as an add-in service. As investors and advisors, Salter Brothers has assisted with Verrency’s global expansion.
