Salter Brothers completes $5m investment in IPSI
Salter Brothers is pleased to announce the completion of an investment into IP Solutions International Limited (IPSI) – an exciting fintech business in the digital payments processing industry.
The Salter Brothers Equities team originated and structured the transaction with the ASX listed Salter Brothers Emerging Companies Ltd (ASX:SB2) leading the investment with Salter Brothers Growth Fund, LP.
Gregg Taylor, Head of Equities at Salter Brothers, will be joining the IPSI Board as a Non-Executive Director to actively manage the investment and assist the company to unlock their key strategic and growth objectives.
IPSI provides advanced digital payment and ancillary data security services via a next generation cloud native platform. Founded in 2006 by Michael Donoghue and Eric Maya, IPSI has transformed from a successful reseller to an advanced Fintech provider, having built and launched its own proprietary platform in 2020. IPSI’s current cloud based offerings are EnterpriseSecure and AgentSecure, offered as recurring subscription managed services.
Key customers include Vocus Communications, HCF Insurance, Mastercard and Latitude Financial Services. IPSI’s services enable businesses to transform their digital payment capabilities, and improve their customers experience while reducing operating and security costs.
