Sustainability initiatives we are investigating include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fully Electrified Development<\/li>\n<li>As part of the design, sustainability initiatives targeted for energy efficiency \/ greenhouse gas emission reduction as well as lower embodied carbon materials<\/li>\n<li>Passive Design principles adopted including shading and high-performance energy efficient facades<\/li>\n<li>Design to achieve high quality, healthy internal environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"hdaa\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-hdaa\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">How will the builder manage noise and dust impacts during construction?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-hdaa\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>We recognise this is an important consideration for neighbours and the local community.
