The client was a procurement software platform servicing the global hospitality industry, providing mission-critical purchasing and supplier management solutions to enterprise hotel groups. Salter Brothers Capital acted as lead financial adviser on the acquisition of a significant minority stake in the company by Salter Brothers Tech Fund (‘SBTF’).
