Australian Hotels Association (AHA) / South Australia Hotel Industry Award for Excellence 2023

Salter Brothers is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the 2023 Australian Hotels Association (AHA) / South Australia Hotel Industry Award for Excellence.

The awards were held on Tuesday 31 October 2023 at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, where Salter Brothers was awarded Deluxe Hotel Accommodation for Sofitel Adelaide.

Salter Brothers purchased Sofitel Adelaide in 2023 and is the first asset acquired in Salter Brothers’ Core Hospitality Real Estate Fund. The fund is focused on newer upscale and luxury hotels that appeal to a broad range of segments and require minimal or zero front-end capital expenditure.

The five star luxury hotel on Currie Street, which opened in 2021, is managed by Accor and consists of 251 guestrooms and suites, Garcon Bleu restaurant, two bars, as well as extensive leisure facilities and meeting spaces.
